Le cœur de Provision is a lighter version of our flagship saison. Brewed with the same unique mixed yeast strain and aged in our oak foudres to give the heart of the brewery in the beer. Light oak with pleasing acidity, we have lightly dry hopped with Saphir, Celeia and Centennial for a fresh finish.
