Green Hop

These beers can only be made in accordance with the fresh harvest. On the day of brewing we collected copious amounts of green (unkilned) Target hops from our friends at Hollamby Hops in Burwash. We then loaded the hopback with these green hops for deep resinous flavours of citrus and spruce.
