ELDERFLOWER & GOOSEBERRY PROVISION
A single 500 litre barrel of our tavern strength Saison aged on fresh elderflowers and gooseberries for 10 months. Working with the mixed fermentation yeasts, the fruit helped create this special iteration of provision.
