Cuvée Reserve. A poignant release for us, as world events have made it impossible to source lambic from Belgium for ageing and blending. This release is from 2020’s cuvée blend and has been aged a further 6 months in barrel prior to bottling.

Refined, complex and contemplative. We are dreaming of the day when this beer will be possible again.
