Our take on the classic - Maris Otter and select crystal malts give a full mouthfeel. Hopped with Target for a pleasing bitterness, aroma comes from new UK varieties (Jester and Mystic), for citrus and hedgerow fruit aromas. Long yet clean finish on the palate.
