What Gives

Extra Pale malt with Cara and a hint of Pale Crystal malts gives a classic snappy malt body to this beer. Stridently bitter with pronounced pine, citrus & light grassy notes from a generous use of Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum & Columbus hops, both in the kettle and the dry hop.
