Coolship 2025

This Coolship is a blend of spontaneously fermented beers brewed between 2021 to 2024. We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our Coolship before transferring  to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to our landscape.
