Köbes

Köbes (pronounced ‘Kur-bess’!) is our tribute to Kölsch, the classic ale of Köln. Brewed with premium Pilsner malt from Bavaria and specially imported Tettnanger hops. Fermented with a classic Kölsch strain and then given a subtle dry hop. Dry, with a note of honey and crisp aromas of cut grass.
